Born in Greece, my path began through music - first as a pianist, then as a guide in early childhood improvisation and creative movement. Sound, rhythm, and expression were my first portals into presence.

Years later, yoga found me... and never left!

For over 20 years, I've shared this path internationally, with deep gratitude for the luminous teachers, sacred ashrams, and living traditions that have shaped my voice.

My teaching blends: Classical and contemporary yoga styles, Treks and meditations attuned to the seasons and cycles of nature, Sound Healing, Bhakti Yoga, and live Kirtan Practices adapted to the soul and body of the moment.

Whether you join in for a Yoga Teacher's Training, a retreat in the forest, or a single breath in stillness, I hold space for transformation grounded in the Now.
